How is the price calculated?

Your quote includes a base rate, mileage, applicable tolls, airport fees, and any NYC congestion charge — all calculated upfront before you book, with a 15% gratuity already included. No surge pricing, no peak-hour multipliers, no surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pickup to your actual landing time — so a delay simply moves your pickup, at no charge. Once your adjusted pickup time arrives, you have 15 minutes of complimentary wait time to collect your bags and reach the vehicle. Need your chauffeur to meet you inside at baggage claim with a name sign? Add our meet-and-greet service for $50.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 4+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 2–4 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Within 2 hours, the trip is non-refundable. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — child seats are $50 each. Add them when you book, and we'll have properly installed child seats ready in your vehicle.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Square. Corporate accounts can arrange invoicing — contact us to set one up.

Is gratuity included?

A 15% gratuity is included in your quote. You're welcome to add an additional tip for your chauffeur at checkout, but it's never expected.
